Some people has the tendency to become impulsive when it comes to making decisions. They don't care about what will be the turnout. They may at times ask for advice, but has no plans of working it out. I believe having full grown understanding of what's being taught and learned is essential in order to avoid the pains caused by wrong decision.

Before the Strong Winds

We're supposed to go to Benguet that time but there's been strong winds, and continuous rains. There are threats of landslide too so we didn't go on. In the afternoon, we decided to stroll in the Capitol grounds. It was before the strong winds has blown that night, and it's scary.
