Homemade Vitality Ketchup

I hope you all are doing well. As usual, I woke up early this morning, offered my prayer, had breakfast, and now the whole family is busy with household chores. Then today I saw that the kitchen is running in full swing — making kebab ketchup. So I thought of making my own ketchup today as well. I am making a ketchup that is extremely delicious, for which I have started all the work. And I must say, it turned out really well. The taste is very good — just like store-bought ketchup.

Look at all the tomatoes that I have put in a frying pan and also put the vegetables in it and after that I have cooked it well so that it is completely soft and if you grind it, its paste becomes very soft, you all can see.
Now in this picture you all can see that our paste is ready which we had ground and its color looks very lovely to you and it will also be very tasty to eat but there are still some things left which are going to be added to it, I will add them now so see what color it turns out.

You can see in the picture that I have finely chopped the green chillies, after which I am frying them and after frying I will do the next thing. Also, in the picture, you can see that I have taken a little salt, a little chilli and a little turmeric and I will use this now. I will show you in the next picture.

Now in this picture, you all can see that I have put the paste in a frying pan so that I can cook it on a low flame and in it I have added the green chillies that I had fried, I have added sugar, after that I have also added turmeric, salt and red chillies and along with that I can see that I have also added vinegar which will make it completely soft and enhance its taste.
When I cooked the scallion on the stove, then see that I have put it on top of this paste and have broken the mint leaves and they were fresh leaves which made the taste even more delicious and see that I have cooked it again on the stove, after that this paste is completely ready for us now.
