Breathwork

Had a beautiful breathwork session We The Conscious. The space is absolutely gorgeous it made me want to put a bit more effort into my own home space, I adore these sun lamps and there were bird songs and binaural beats in the background. Always love an oracle card too ❤️

I actually ordered some of the sun lamps when I got home.
