I cannot wait to start getting good tricks and flows I think it’s actually easier than pole but maybe I just found the thing that suits me best.
Well I only did it once but the main things after are a bit of bruising behind the knees ( but I did wear shorts as I’m used to pole and they say you have to wear leggings lol) and my arms defo feel it and maybe yes core a bit.
