Moira's Jilapi Making.
Assalamu Alaikum, I am starting my post today with wishing everyone good health. Today I am back with another videography post.
The fair of the first Baishakh means a different kind of joy, and an integral part of that joy is the hot jilapi. This scene, which I saw with my own eyes at the last fair, reminds us of the eternal tradition of rural Bengal.
When Moira skillfully fry the jilapi in the boiling oil of the pan, it is natural to see the tongue watering. The crunchy jilapi and its sweet juice complete the festival of Baishakh. The taste of this jilapi amidst the scent of the earth and the noise of people is an invaluable part of Bengali culture. Even in the crowd of modernity, this traditional food of the fair ground has retained its popularity even today. It is not just a sweet, but an identity of our roots.
This was my arrangement for today. I hope you liked my post today. If you liked it, please let me know through a nice comment. Wishing everyone good health, I bid you farewell here today.
