	Eggplant	1ps.
	Salt	One teaspoon.
	Yellow Gura	Half a teaspoon.
	Chili powder	One teaspoon.

• First I took the best I could find. After that I washed the eggplant with water. Now I cut the eggplant.

• Now I added a teaspoon of salt. After that, I added half a teaspoon of turmeric powder. Now I added a teaspoon of chili powder. Now I mixed everything well.

• Now I turned on the stove, put a pan on it and heated the oil. After that, I dropped the eggplants into the oil. I slowly started frying the eggplants.

• I fried the eggplants well in a short time. After that, I took them out and put them on a plate.
