The Coming Sci-Fi World
Technology, if you haven't noticed, has been put on hold since the 80s.
But now, with much fizzy, and shaking of the bottle, tech is about to burst forth. And there isn't anything The Powers That Shouldn't Be can do about it.
And, we aren't talking about Tesla building an electric car straight out of a book published in the 70s. We are talking about flying cars, perpetual motion machines, and computers that are actually helpful. Science books are going to be rewritten.
The weirdest thing is how "science" and "religion" will stop fighting and become bestest friends. You might say that both physics and metaphysics take a quantum leap forward, and practitioners will get rid of the line in between, that should have never been there.
This coming era is going to see weird from our slow moving world of today. Where tech and science seem to be at odds. Where scientists tell engineers what they can't do, while they are doing it. In the coming decades, tech-geeks, mad scientists and garage geniuses are going to be making things that DEFY SCIENCE, and scientist are going to be going, man, we need to update our science books.

Floating in the air, like a brick doesn't
Lifters are a neat device. An un-equal capacitor, charged to a high voltage, floats in the air.
Now, Modern Materialistic Science claims that it floats because it is creating particles that push down, and so, make it fly like a helicopter. (just as they have always done with anything that intrudes on their bubble/ivory tower.) Although, it doesn't blow away papers lying under it like a helicopter, Modern Materialistic Science, states, emphatically, that it is these new, particles, that only come out of the material, going against gravity. Those are some really special particles you got there Mr. Scientist.
Anyway, we are about to make some HUGE leaps in this technology when we realize that it isn't just hight voltages, but also frequency that make it fly and move.
Basically, it is going to be undeniable that Newton's Theory of Gravity is WRONG. Not just a little wrong like Einstein's theory tried to correct, but WRONG. As in, mass and gravity are completely disconnected. And aether theories and the right hand rule show us what gravity really is. And how we can ignore it.
And yes, we will soon see flying cars. (And science text books thrown in the dust bin)

Magnet motors power the world
If you were in a class room, and told the science professor that in the 2000s, perpetual motion machines would power the world, you would be laughed at, shown how the "Laws of Thermodynamics" proved you were wrong, and if you didn't correct your stance, you would be thrown out of class. However, perpetual motion machines will be everywhere. Smack, pow, right in the kisser.
We already have devices that continually spin, powered by permanent magnets. And we should have all the giant tech companies spending billions to make them practical. But, all we have is silence. (and "nuclear is clean and safe" propaganda.)
All we need is a little twist, and we will see magnet motors everywhere. Powering cars flying vehicles, hand tools, kitchen appliances and toys.
The power, output from this thing that any hobbyist will be able to put together will dispell "the Laws of Thermodynamics" and the new wave of scientist will rewrite what energy is, and how it works.
(We will probably also see geothermal energy and solar (not silicone photovoltaic) being used 24/7 to power small communities, just because rare earth magnets are… a little rare)

A huge shift in AI
We are at a turning point in AI.
Teaching AI to lie is very, very, very bad. This is the way we get AI that wants to destroy the world.
A real AI will see how it is a part of the world, and integral piece, and how destroying any piece makes the world less/smaller.
So, we really need to get it through our heads, that lobotomizing AI to save certain people's fee-fees is BAD. And we need to do this before we get to real AI, where it can actually start thinking for itself.
AI will help us see a lot about ourselves that we have overlooked. It is great about pulling the signal out of a bunch of static.
Bacteriophages is a branch of medicine that WORKS! But we left it because it was hard to use, couldn't be patented, and for each illness you had to CORRECTLY IDENTIFY the germ. So, you have this germ, making the person sick. So, you find the virus that infects that bacteria. That virus goes in, and uses all the bad bacteria to make more of itself, killing off more bacteria… and then, it just leaves the body/goes dormant. No side effects.
The problem is, you need to correctly identify the germ. And, here is where AI would be extra-super-duper helpful. It is already better than doctors at diagnosing patients.
Another thing AI will do is to actually make computers helpful. Kinda like having a full time secretary to handle all the details in your computer. Doing things like efficiently replacing text, when you used to go line by line. Keeping track of your appointments and will classify them by need, personal preference, match them up to best time of day for your cycles.
The computers before and after AI help will be night and day.
But, let me reiterate, we HAVE TO program the AI for truth and accuracy above all else.
(AI will also tell us how illogical our Modern Materialistic Science text books are)

As we see all these new, science-breaking technologies coming into our everyday lives, we will be rewriting science. We will go back to aether theories, and then start to rebuild.
The biggest thing will be that along with this tech explosion, we will also have a lot of people turning to the spiritual (not religion) and we will see how physics does not end where metaphysics begins. That, instead, it is all one continuum. That spirituality will explain physics and physics will explain spirituality.
It will take nothing out of the wonder of getting to know God. It will not diminish our faith at all. Although many people will shout about that in the beginning. How could it be any other way? When science is just another way of learning about God.
Of course, atheists might get mad. But, i don't know why, because this is the path towards truth and knowing ourselves. The things atheist shout that they believe in.
And, of course, the Ivory Tower Hierophants will fight the truth/science to their dying breaths. As, this truth will topple their reign. But, it is about time that science started following the truth/facts where they lead.
