The Govern-Cement Is AGAINST You
One of the biggest problems with our current models of govern-cement is that they are AGAINST you. Just like the Miranda Rights read.
Think about it, if the Infernal Revenue Service owes you money that you didn't ask them to send you back, they won't be giving it back to you. And if you pass a certain date, well, you have no more recourse. Unlike you, if they find, or suspect, anything, they can go after you years or decades later.
Govern-cement only goes one way. They assume that they are correct and you are wrong. And all they do is look for what you did wrong. You could be the safest driver on the road, and because you swerved to avoid hitting someone, you can still be ticketed for not staying in your lane. Your goodness means nothing to the govern-cement. Except, maybe, as an easy mark.
This mentality is wrong, evil, and needs to be changed.

The govern-cement and the sword of Damocles
In the name of punishing bad guys, the govern-cement holds a sword over everyone's head. They are constantly looking for anything you have done wrong, so that they can fine you and/or destroy your life.
People do not live well when they are constantly persecuted.
And the average person cannot get the govern-cement to say "this is approved" or "you did this correctly", even things like building inspections can be undone with a flick of a pen (or just misfiled).
This is not the way an organization should run. Especially one that is supposed to be for our good.
The police officers' lie, "If you have done nothing wrong, you have nothing to hide", is horrifying, the reality is that the average person commits three felonies a day. And so, you are just waiting for your turn to be arrested and processed. We should not be living this way.

You are guilty until proven innocent, and then you have to clear your name
All of the horrifying, life destroying stuff happens when you are arrested. Not after you are taken to trial, or after you are convicted / accepted a plea deal. It happens right up front, before anyone can review anything about you. It happens when your name enters the criminal database of those who are arrested.
It could be a complete misunderstanding. It could be from a parking ticket you never saw. It could be from an argument you had with your significant other. It could be because you smelled like pot, to a police officer that was looking to bust someone for anything (whether you ever smoked cannabis or not.)
And now, you have to EXPLAIN yourself at every interview you ever have for a good job. That is, if you get an interview. Most places round file your application if you have any arrest record. You are treated worse than a hardened criminal. (they have programs to help hardened criminals)
If you want to get your name out of that database, you basically have to sue the govern-cement and win. Lots of lawyer time, and you are not guaranteed success. What is worse, is that you can win the court case and still lose because of bureaucracy.
The legal system is completely AGAINST the middle class person.

The govern-cement will always escalate, and never admit fault.
Ruby Ridge and Waco Texas are two horrifying examples.
Both of these, the "law enforcing" agency set up to be flashy, to come in blazing and get the bad guy.
In both cases, it showed that the govern-cement entrapped them. No one was convicted in trial following these events, those who lived were found innocent.

Cyanide gas produced by igniting dried CS gas (tear gas)
Even after the govern-cement found out it had bitten off more than it could chew, it doubled down. Surrounded the places. Did things that can only be considered torture. And, at the end, buried all the evidence.
As far as i know, no one was held accountable for these.

Even Social inSecurity, which is supposed to be what elderly live on, will cut benefits for anything they can find. And claw back any funds they already dispersed, even when it is their mistake. They paid you an extra $100 and later found out that they shouldn't have two years later. You will find your bank account emptied of $2400 plus interest, or your next SS check will be for $2400 less. Imagine living paycheck to paycheck, and now, a month of payments is gone. Stories of such things are legion.
Govern-cement is designed to go only one way, to take your money and stuff at the drop of a hat, and then place bureaucratic red tape in your way of getting it back.
The police now steal more money from people than reported thefts, with asset forfeiture. (where you have to prove that your are innocent to get your money back.)
All of these things are going to come out where people will have to decide if they want this in their future. If government wants to continue to exist, they are going to have change from AGAINST you, to FOR you.
