I like to side with the underdog. Is there any reason a McMansion can't be built in the country, a homestead?

I think things will work out in a year or two. Maybe much less. There will rays of sunshine now again through the clouds onto blessed, watered, fertile land.

Yeah if I do think, it's positive.
