    I have used all my votes and I won't remove any from top witnesses unless I get absolute positive this is best thing to do. Tanks for your reply

      IMO its best to use your 30 votes for the top 30 real human witnesses. Don't REMOVE a vote unless that witness has dropped below the top 30 humans.
