Hello to all my dear friends, tonight I met with the coach and fitness champion of our city. My coach was able to win the first medal abroad for our city, but in Iran, there are famous athletes such as Hadi Choupan, who were placed on the second platform of the Masters Olympics this year. Tonight I decided to prioritize bodybuilding and not continue martial arts. My coach trains with me every day and we progress. I am 73 kg, I decided to reach my desired weight this winter, that is 85 kg, maybe I will reach 90 kg, I hope my attempt will be successful. Because of my coach's emphasis on being an amateur, I do bodybuilding without exercise supplements.
Every amount of sweat that comes out of your body with exercise, you have worked for yourself as much as a gallon of blood. To achieve this goal, you have no choice but to exercise!
