The Diary Game:[20/05/2026] Catering Class, Charging My phone.

‎Dear diary,I hope the person reading this is doing well and in good spirits. My apologies to all my steemit friends for not consistent for the past few days my phone was faulty but I am glad I have fitted it already, I pray you find a place in your heart and welcome me back.I arrived early today in my catering class and classes starts by 9am and ends 1:00pm,it was 9:01am and people has not started coming yet ,the class was empty so we decided to tidy up every where and mop before the rest of us arrive in the process of cleaning I told my cooking partner to snap me that is how I go that picture.

‎Today class is about baking and we are going to bake chocolate cake and red velvet cake,we were grouped into two groups A and B so that we would all do team work our teacher promised to guide us on the steps that we will take so that we won't make any mistakes or what so ever. She wants an active class so she asked every one of us to participate either by whisking the eggs, applying butter in the pan, mixing the wet and dried ingredients together in a separate bowl until they are combined.After mixing the ingredients just as she instructed the results came out well and we made chocolate cake and red velvet cake. Before the end of the class she told us she will teach us on how to design and decorate our cakes tomorrow and I am so excited to learn tomorrow's catering.

‎When we closed from the catering school I was feeling tired and my phone will soon shut down so I took it to there Jennifer's house who lives in the next street they have solar and again her parents allow people to charge their phone in their house .when I got there her parents were not around so she collected the phone without any hesitation. Today taught me that we should all be strong for our selfs because no matter what happens in live God will still make a way for us and when we find our self in a position we always wanted we should give it our best,I never thought I would learn catering but God made a way for me because I have always had passion for cooking. So help us God,Amen.
