The Diary Game:[21/05/2026] I went to my training,Cooked, rested again.

‎Dear diary, I hope the person reading this is doing well and in good spirits. Despite the fact that my day went well, it was not exactly what I expected during my catering training today.

‎After I finished my house chores, all I could think about was learning how to decorate and design cakes. I left home around 8:47 a.m. because I wanted to be one of the first person to arrive at the training center and I arrived at 9:00am.

After greeting the people outside and my teacher, I went into the class. The environment was already neat and clean those who came very early had already clean the place. I washed my hands thoroughly before starting any baking activity, covered my hair properly, and wore my apron this is something I must not forget to do everyday as personal hygiene,so I made it part of me.Classes then started by 9:13 a.m.

‎Today, we were divided into Group A and Group B, and I belonged to Group A. We were about 20 students in total but 2 were sick so they could not join us, and we started practicing how to make fondant cakes and learning the recipes involved. Everyone worked together as a team, and the class was very interactive and enjoyable all thanks to our teacher who encouraged us not to feel baking is difficult.

‎When I got home, I bathed and I was extremely tired due to the moulding of fondant and hungry after the training. The only food available was yam, so I went to the kitchen ,peeled one full yam and cooked some for myself .After cooking, I ate 8 pieces of yam with stew using my hands after washing them and honestly, it tasted really good. After eating and resting a little, it was time to fetch water again but I could not because It started drizzling already.
