The Diary Game: My Life As A Stylist(09-01-2026)

Hello my steemit family, How's everything? I have been home all through since I returned from the village to have a little rest before resuming work and that's the reason I couldn't make a post because I had nothing to write about. I resumed work yesterday and that launched me into my blogging era again. My husband and kids have not resumed work and school yet so that made my chores less yesterday. When I woke up, I only prepared breakfast and got myself ready for work. I got to my shop, opened, thank God for a new business year and asked him to pilot the affairs of my business before I brought out few things for sampling and retouched my hair.

I washed my hair after applying relaxer on it, I dried and packed it with gel and it have me this beautiful look. Soon, my customer who didn't let me rest at home because she kept calling me and asked that I come and make her hair, she's the reason I even came out yesterday to the shop. I made her Ghana weaving which she demanded for, it took three hours for me to complete the hair.

In the afternoon, my neighbor called my attention to the start apple she has for sale. She said it's sweet but I found it hard to believe until she gave me one to taste, I bought a three hundred naira portion and also bought coconut which I hope to use for coconut rice tomorrow. I went back to my shop, licked three star apples and remained some for my kids.

I did about three more different work before calling it a wrap in the evening. I went home and saw my kids playing with their daddy, they all ran to me when they noticed I was back. I handed them the nylon that had the star apples in it and asked them to share while walking towards my husband to give him a hug. I knew my husband will definitely complain about the kids so when he started, I just laughed and told him to do better next time because it's his duty to take care of the kids as their father while I'm away.

I changed my dress, took my bath and went to the kitchen to make dinner. I served the meal when it was ready and we all ate before going to the parlour to watch movie, I didn't spend up to two hours when sleep came and I kissed everyone goodnight and went to bed.
