Drum units replacement on my DI machine on 3rd October, 2025.
On Friday morning of October 3rd, 2025, at my printing press. I did and completed the replacement of all four drum units in my trusty Konica Minolta C360 DI printing machine. The new drum units, freshly installed, boasted vibrant colours, magenta, cyan, black, and yellow.
With the replacements done, I was eager to get back to printing. As the day went on, I began to notice a problem. Fainting had started to appear in my productions, causing imperfections in the prints. I knew I had to act quickly to resolve the issue. That's when I reached out to my reliable technician, Kufre.
I gave Kufre a call, explaining the problem I was facing. He asked me to snap a photo of the affected production and send it to him via WhatsApp. I quickly did as instructed, and soon Kufre got back to me with his diagnosis. His verdict? The drum units I had just replaced were the culprit behind the fainting issue. was surprised, as I had just installed them.
Nevertheless, I trusted Kufre's expertise and sent him the money to purchase four new drum units. Kufre promptly bought the replacement drum units and brought them to my office. With his skilled hands, he replaced all four drum units, ensuring that the machine was properly calibrated.
As the machine roared back to life, I held my breath, hoping that the problem was truly resolved. And then, the first printout emerged, flawless and vibrant. The fainting issue had vanished, and my Konica Minolta C360 DI printing machine was humming along perfectly once again.
I breathed a sigh of relief, grateful for Kufre's prompt assistance and expertise. It was just another day in the life of a printing press owner, but I was thankful for the quick resolution to the problem, and I looked forward to many more days of smooth printing ahead.
Thank you for going through my post, do have a great time ahead.
