How pissed off are you about Shrinkflation?

An interesting video came up in my X feed yesterday and I thought it was so funny that I found myself thinking about it for about half an hour afterwards. In the video, a lady was at Dollar Tree store, she picks up two spice containers, opens them up while she is still in the store's aisle and pours a portion of one into the other until it's filled to the top like what she expected the spice container to actually look like on sale. So she was just filling it up and putting that other one back where it belonged on the shelf.

I found that funny when I first watched it. Then I slowly became somewhat uncomfortable with it. And I started to think about the last time I bought a container of garlic powder and I remember the lid being nearly full of air.
In the video, the lady was clearly tired of shrinkflation to a point where she had to just forget about the rules. I can understand that. Companies are raising prices or at least keeping them the same but the product is getting smaller and smaller as time goes on. It is extremely frustrating. I purchased some Milo last month, a container that looked reasonably large when I purchased it and when I got home, I opened it and discovered that it was only half filled. I felt very foolish for believing that it had more than that in it. I almost went back to the store to ask if someone had already used it but my mom stopped me and said that's just how it is.
I still feel as though I have to draw the line when it comes to opening items and redistributing them yourself in the store. I feel wrong doing this myself. But I also feel that I cannot be too critical of what this lady did. After all, just getting tired of the theft of your money through shrinkflation actually is a type of theft also.
