I suggest that, since you’re dealing with a sensitive topic, you prepare a script to cover the subject as simply as possible in three minutes. You can use images, which you can include during editing, and try to find a quiet spot in your home where outside noise won’t disrupt your work. It’s an excellent initiative, but you need to be careful.
