Steem promotion in the work environment, 21 people joined the Steemit Platform | Study space for newcomers #2
Praise our gratitude that our consistency in conducting Steem Promotion in the environment where we work has been successful, until today we have invited 21 friends who are in the work environment to join the Steemit platform, we are referred to here are me @miftahulrizky, @fantvwiki and @lil.albab.
The interesting news is that they all work as teachers in public schools, of course it will be very exciting if we read their posts because later we will be able to enjoy how they teach their students with interesting methods every day.
In addition to inviting them, we are also very serious about guiding them to know more about the Steemit Platform, maintain the rules that apply in each community, and most importantly always invest by increasing the strength of the account by doing power ups, or at least being in club5050, club75 and club100. We also encourage them to write high-quality posts every day.
# ▶️ How do we guide them?
We have created a WhatsApp group specifically for Newcomers and invite them to join the group that has been created, we have helped them overcome various kinds of problems they face while on the Steemit platform, every day members of this group are active in conducting discussions. In addition, we also conduct face-to-face guidance when we meet them.

Today the members of the WhatsApp group containing newcomers to the Steemit platform continue to grow in number, recorded today there are already 24 members, three of whom are old users and work as mentors, namely myself @miftahulrizky, @fantvwiki, and @lil.albab. while the other 21 people are newcomer members.

# ▶️ Problems faced by newcomers
We feel very happy that many friends have joined the Steemit Platform, since the first time they joined we also observed that newcomers are very very excited and active in writing posts.
One of the things that makes them even more excited is the support from the newcommer special team. For them, a little support goes a long way to be able to continue to increase their strength.
In addition, we also found that some newcomer members also made many mistakes while on the Steemit platform, including that they did not properly understand the functions and benefits of writing hastags.
They are also still rigid in only writing in one community, and we have tried to encourage them to share quality posts in other communities, or enter interesting contests in many communities. We have also created a video guide for them to understand how to search for interesting contests according to their interests.
I created a how-to video so that newcomers can easily find active contest posts.
Another problem is that they are not actively voting on other people's posts so their voting CSI is still low, we always remind them to continue to support other people's posts ideally 8 posts per day.
Another problem is that some of them still don't understand how to share post rewards with the community to support the growth of community accounts, they also don't understand well how to burn steem so they can use the #burnsteem25 hashtag so they can participate in the movement to increase the Steem price. Though we have made a video on this guide.
# ▶️ Plans in the near future:
We realize and understand that the new participants are very excited to continue to learn more about Steemit, we have planned to create a special discussion and gathering to discuss about Steemit and share experiences with all of them, the agenda of this meeting will be carried out in the near future and we will report the next developments. we also plan to invite expert speakers ,namely Mr. @ radjasalman and @heriadi so that they can share their experiences and provide motivation to all of us.
