Introduction

It's surprisingly as this is my very first time coming around this Beautiful community and I dived to make the very first entry for this season 3 week 1.
Thanks to the steemit team for touring us around through active communities.

What are your daily tasks at your place of work 
 or your daily activities?

A teacher's work is far-reaching and critical—the world just wouldn't be the same without it.

Primarily, as a teacher, my main role and daily tasks carry-out research because a teacher is supposed to be fully abraised with new knowledge in order to deliver classroom instructions that aids learner's to learn. For me to accomplish this I prepare my lessons weekly, teach the lessons in an interactive classroom environment with alot of teaching aids where I act as a facilitator because no learner is a tabular Raza, grades learners work, manage classroom activities, offer feedback to their guardian or parents, productive follow the curriculum and collaborate with my staff.

Though being a teacher involves much more than executing lessons plans because teaching as a profession extends beyond the four walls of a classroom and academics. This is because in addition to ensuring that learners experience good academic success, teachers must also act as surrogate parents, mentors and counsellors. I always say there's no limit to the role a teacher plays because they're so much and I'm happy that's my vocation.

As a kindergarten/Elementary teacher for seven years, I can say my experiences in the formative years of children has shaped my pupils in my small way because I also developed parental relationship with them.

You know the amount of time that school is in sessions, teachers play positive role models and mentors to their learners everyday of the school year. Apart from the regular classroom subjects like Maths andotyers, Social skills and good virtues are learned by children or learners from their role model.

 What is the biggest obstacle you have ever 
experienced while doing this activity?

As a facilitator, I have had few obstacles and my biggest obstacle I have experienced was two years ago, was a mixed up of examination papers during the final closing day. Since where I work, parents are expected to come and sign their kids report and then collect them home. Since no one is void of mistakes, I distributed examination papers and two pupils who happens to be sitting on thesame tables mixed them up and unfortunately one if this pupils who didn't have a file was left without her papers.
The pupil with the duo papers mate had come earlier and signed and collected the file and report and left just for me to discover that the next bench mate didn't have any papers with her and the mother didn't want to be patient with me in putting accross few calls to her bench mates parents who collected earlier to check at home.

She raised dust by shouting at the top of her voice amidst other parents insulting me as if we had a personal problem. She insulted me to the essence of telling me that she'll see to it that the administration will no longer retain me the next year. It was such an embarrassing moment that I wept in the presence of my parents as most of them consoled me.

At the intervention of the administration she was called to order and as I made some calls, I found out that the papers were in her closet mate in class and they were brought right back though she didn't appologize.

My challenges based on day to day are just working with slow learners and under-aged learners because that's a big factor affecting learners thus; a matured learner will learn and understand better than an under aged learner.
Thus patience is the main virtues I exercised as a teacher and trust me thus yielded tremendous results.

 What is your greatest hope in the future 
 related to your activities?

They're alot of hopes in the future for me related to my activities as seen below;

Hope of Safety

I always have a monologue each time I'm preparing my classroom to receive my next set of learners by saying *our classroom will be a safe place and what ever may be bothering them I'm always there.

Hope of being loved(Teacher/learners relationship)

We will go through the good and bad times like shouting , correction and reinforcement but they'll know I hold them in my special heart always. Once a pupil, always my pupil.

Hope of self confidence

Taking time in believing in yourself as I always believe in each and everyone of my learners. Telling them how capable they're and being able to conquer anything they put their mind to.

Hope they realize that being wrong is okay

I will never belittle any of my entrusted learners for answering questions wrong. I'm a facilitator and I'm to help them learn and I will always do the best in a very compassionate manner.

Hope of Never letting examination or grades define you

I always tell my kids a grade is just a letter and a score is too a number!They shouldn't let there grades o numbers define them because they're everything, composed of individual differences and a whole lot of talents imbue that are greater than a score.

One of simplest and greatest hope is to inspire my learners to love learning.Oh yes! The inspirational power of a teacher can transcend the classroom.
