The Diary Game: A Day Of Surprises—Test And Tablet(05-01-2026)

Hello y'all, trust you're doing great? Welcome to @purpleidy23 blog. I had a weird experience yesterday. Y'all know a great number of schools resumed yesterday and mine was amongst them. One of our lecturer had informed us that on the first day of resumption that we will write a test and we all took it for a joke. I got prepared and went to school yesterday when I got up from bed and in getting to school, I went first to the cyber cafe to migrate from our old student's portal to the new one and rectify an issue concerning my school fees.

When I finished in the cafe, I walked down to counselling centre expecting to see my course mates there but I only met few persons there whose faces were not familiar and I decided to spare the 3% battery I had on my phone to check my class group to get information on where the test will hold. I got the information and walked down to the hall and few minutes after entering the hall, I heard "take your numbers" I sat in the front row so I was number three. The lecturer walked into the class when he learnt that we were up to one hundred students that came out for the test, he started by lecturing us and ended with a test.

I stayed in school for more than two hours after the test, waiting for the next class. We had the next class by 2pm and it ended by 4pm. I bought a material for study before returning home. When I got home, I was surprised with a tab from my friend. He had promised to buy me either a Chromebook or a tab when I have up to five A's in my result and I had more than that. This tab came with external keyboard, one of the features that makes it sleek.

After the whole excitement, I took my bath and ate. I don't know what to tag this meal but I definitely know that it's not my dinner though I took it in the evening because I'll sure eat another meal before going to bed. After eating, I told my friend of the test I wrote, how my course mates told me to slim down that I've added much weight and other gist I had for him before laying down to rest for few minutes. I woke up in the late evening when it began to be dark, got dressed and went out for a walk.

I tried to trick my friend again to buy shawarma for me after promising him a treat but my plans failed as he was aware of what I wanted to do, he said that he's big in savings this year and won't spend money anyhow. I liked the plan and asked him to involve me in the savings, we kept talking and walking together until we got to our favorite spot where we sat to continue our gist before he eventually bought the shawarma I asked for and we returned home.
