I'm @sailawana happy to be back in this community greeting all steemian friends. Today I will again participate in the Steemit Engagement Challenge season 3, week 1 contest which was held in this community. With the theme All about my job
I'm excited to be able to join again in the steemit engagement challenge season 3 contest, because in seasons 1 and 2 I always join even though I can't participate in all communities. My participation this time is also proof of my support for the program from the team steemit and the community hot news
As for this contest, I will tell you about my job which has a dual role, namely as a teacher as well as a housewife
Everyday I work as a teacher and teach in a junior high school, I teach the field of Science. I've been teaching since 2002 for about 20 years. And I am also a State Civil Apparatus (ASN)
In addition to working outside the home as a teacher, when I am at home I also do various household chores and take care of my family's needs, so it can be said that I have a double job.
1. My Daily Tasks

My daily tasks at work are: Teaching and educating my students, besides that I also serve as a picket teacher. I interact with students and provide guidance both inside and outside the classroom. As a homeroom teacher I am also actively involved in interacting with my students. I teach from Monday to Saturday for approximately 7 hours each day.

I did various household chores, from cleaning the room, washing, cooking and taking care of the plants myself.

2. The Biggest Obstacle In My Work
A. As a teacher, the biggest obstacle I experienced was during the pandemic period where the covid 19 outbreak hit, the change in the way face-to-face learning to online brought many obstacles, but together with fellow teachers and parents we were able to get through all of that
B. As a housewife, the biggest obstacle for me is the division of time, where I really have to be able to divide my time efficiently to do various jobs. so that the household can be completed, besides that the obstacle is a physical condition that is tired of doing solid activities at home and at the school where I teach
3. My Biggest Hope for the Future
As a teacher I have hope that in the future all my students can succeed in becoming independent children, and with good dignity and can live a better life with the knowledge they have
As a housewife I hope my work can always be done well and hopefully I can always manage my time well and be given good health and physical condition to do my activities

The smile on your students faces shows you are a great teacher.
Housewife job is not an easy task. Me also at times faced difficulties with managing work and house chores. At times I just flow whenever I am chanced to do any.
With the knowledge you are impacting on your students, there is no doubt that you future hope will one day become a reality.
