THE DIARY GAME:HOW I WOKE UP AND MADE FRUIT SALAD [30/5/2026]

Good morning Everyone !❤️‍🩹 ,Welcome to another episode of my diary session with me 😊

Today started slow but sweet. I woke up feeling grateful for small things - fresh air, health, and the chance to nourish myself right.

My Morning Routine
After prayers, I decided I wasn’t having boring bread again. My body was craving something fresh. So I went to the kitchen and made myself a fruit salad. Sometimes the best self-care is just feeding yourself well.

What went in my bowl:

  1. Banana - sliced nice and thick for energy
  2. Kiwi - that tangy kick wakes up your taste buds
  3. Grapes - sweet little bursts of joy
  4. Melon/Pawpaw - juicy and refreshing

I cut everything fresh and arranged it in my black bowl. No sugar added, no stress. Just pure natural goodness. The colors alone made me smile before I even took a bite.

Eating it slowly while the sun came through my window... that was peace. This is what I mean when I say “start your day with gratitude and good food”.

Lesson for today: Take care of yourself first thing in the morning. A healthy breakfast = healthy mindset for the whole day.
