Can physical form affect health?

In fact, our physical appearance greatly influences our health, especially regarding how our bodies store fat and our metabolic rate. In this case, genetics greatly determines weight distribution, and each body shape carries different medical risks.
Genetics plays a significant role in determining where our weight is stored on our bodies. Some people are more likely to gain weight around the waist, while others are more likely to gain weight around the hips. That's just the way it is. Everyone has a different body shape and size, and our genes predispose us to store weight in different places.
There is no "right" or "wrong" or "good" or "bad" when it comes to our body shape. Just like there is no "right" or "wrong" height. It's simply something we can't fully control.
However, the location of a person's natural weight can significantly impact their health if they are overweight or obese. Excess weight in certain areas of the body, especially around the abdomen, can increase the risk of developing serious health conditions.
A person's body shape doesn't always indicate much about their health risks, as long as we're willing to make the effort to maintain our health, whether physically or otherwise.
Even if we're less than ideal, especially in terms of appearance, we should assess or look at it from a different perspective, such as improving our technical, practical, or academic skills. However, to achieve all of this, health is the primary foundation for us to continue our activities effectively.
In conclusion, regardless of our physical appearance, maintaining our health remains paramount.
