Mosque Prosperity Agency work program for 2026
Dear friends, admins, and all beloved community moderators. May we always be under His protection!
Mosque construction will never end; every mosque is constantly being renovated, repaired, and rehabilitated at all times. Not only mosques in urban areas, but also mosques in rural and remote areas continue to undergo renovations according to the mosque's financial capacity.
Similarly, this is the case at our village mosque, the Jami' Babut Taqwa Mosque in Blang Dalam. Some time ago, at the beginning of 2026, the entire committee, which is part of the mosque's prosperity board, held a meeting, involving community leaders from our mosque, to discuss the committee's work program for 2026.
In 2025, the committee worked extensively on the construction and renovation of the mosque, including floor renovations, the secretariat office renovations, and more. In 2026, the mosque's prosperity committee also developed a development program, including:
1. Renovation of the mosque's roof
2. Renovation of the mosque's main dome
3. Completing the administration of mosque assets, such as waqf land and so on
4. Redemption of the mosque's waqf land, which had been allocated several years previously, for the construction of the mosque's expansion
These four programs certainly involve and require a sizable budget. Currently, our village mosque's prosperity committee is again working to seek assistance and raise funds as much as possible, especially from the mosque community and beyond.
This work program is quite challenging to realize in 2026, but we, the management body of our village mosque, are continuing to strive to find solutions so that the program can run smoothly.
The four work program items above will certainly require a budget of approximately IDR 200 million. This is our duty and responsibility as the village mosque construction committee, and it is also a concern for the entire mosque community in general.
