Hi,
Welcome to my show, it's The Interview Showcase!!!. with your host ubongudofot. This is the 57th Edition of “The Interview Showcase...." and my 27th show for 2023. Stay calm and follow along as I unveil this interesting edition of the Interview showcase.
In case you are new to this page, this lifestyle program has many educational values. A weekly interview of top users/users in the blog concerning some trending topics on the Steemit platform. And tips that can help other Steemians to progress positively and help boost the Steem’s growth.
It will help you to get to know more about Steemians around the globe and even Steem and Steemit itself.
I take time to look at some of the most important topics in the blockchain and have a chat/call with top Steemians who have a greater idea about those topics.
They also share some tips that can help other users to understand the blockchain and correctly make use of it. Sometimes they seek valuable suggestions here to help them solve some of their challenges.
In my Show for this week, I spoke with an Indonesian blogger, he is also one of the Steem Representatives and a greeter. He is known for his interesting daily stories which he captures through a diary post. He is presently one of the admins of the hot news community. Despite going to a meeting in his environment, he still creates time for us to have this discussion while driving. Ladies and gentlemen, join me to welcome @radjasalman to my show.
🔶Radjasalman: I am a teacher who is also a volunteer and a writer. I am 43 years old, I am married and have two children.
🔶Radjasalman: I know steemit from my fellow teachers. At that time I was still active as a writer on other blogs. I joined Steemit after seeing steemit simpler than the blog we wrote. I am very happy and grateful to Alol, Heriadi and Irawandedy for inviting me to join steemit
🔶Radjasalman: At that time steemit did not provide support from a special account as it is today. We have to write very well to get an Upvote. We have to Upvote each other, interact with each other in the real world and sometimes have to use bots to get value from posts..
This is very different from the current Steemit which provides support from SC, Booming, and even from SR accounts, communities, and moderators to mutually support fellow Steemians. Coupled with the various existing contests, the desire to write will never run out of material
🔶Radjasalman: At the beginning of joining I only got around 1300 SP for two years. This value is mostly from bot results. While in steemit now I am rapidly growing. Even now I have about 40k Steem Power
🔶Radjasalman: Talking about SR is indeed a great achievement. But all tasks as SRs are as important as our duties as fellow Steemians. We are required to continue to share and develop steemit to the environment around us. Long before becoming SR, I invited many people in my environment to join the Steemit platform. We spend a lot of time discussing and continuing to learn about many things that we don't understand in steemit. Since becoming SR, this responsibility has become bigger. I have to spend time in the midst of my busy life to continue to develop steemit. I feel happy with this role.
🔶Radjasalman: I just want to give the best for all. I will continue to spend time on the sidelines of being busy to be able to continue to help Steemians who are having problems sharing together. Together with other SRs, we will also continue to hold large-scale Meet Ups regularly at least twice a year in addition to small Meet Ups which are held on a daily basis.
🔶Radjasalman: I am grateful for my achievements in Steemit. Many people have been successful here. Success is not only measured by the large SP or the results obtained while joining Steemit. For me, success is how much influence our existence has on steemit and Steemian. So many have been successful in Steemit. Not only me, SRs, Greeters, admins, moderators, and Steemians have all been successful here.
🔶Radjasalman: I really like the news and information shared. I really love the @pennsif shared posts and the ones you share like this one and the daily news contest on Hot News. I also like the writings of @Patjwel, @el-nailul, @ayijufridar and ananda firyfaiz..
🔶Radjasalman: I have always loved writing diaries. Since I was in high school I wrote a lot of my daily stories, but at that time I only wrote a few important moments on school notebook paper. Since steemit launched the diary game I am determined to keep writing about my daily activities every day. Later my writing will be a memory for my children and Steemian about how my life journey is..
🔶Radjasalman: I am a teacher who teaches in elementary school. I am currently entrusted with being the Principal of MIN 3 Lhokseumawe City since the end of 2020. I use my evenings at home to write while my children are resting. I also use my time to guide Steemian via WhatsApp chat or face-to-face. So far I am still able to balance the time to write and share on the sidelines of my busy schedule.
🔶Radjasalman: As a teacher, I really enjoy my role. As the saying goes "the most enjoyable work is a paid hobby". My hobbies are reading, writing and teaching. All of this has become my daily work
🔶Radjasalman: Plagiarism has become a common enemy. Not only in steemit, but on campus this has become a chronic disease. There are many applications provided to test plagiarism. I emphasize giving instructions to Steemians, not to engage in plagiarism. That's why it's important for Newcomers to complete achievement tasks up to Achievement 4 so that they can really understand the rules in steemit. I always suggest this to newcomers.
🔶Radjasalman: The steemit policy so far has been very good. Supporting interesting and original content is something that must be continued. If steemit is mine, I will do the same. In addition, I will also increase concrete activities such as humanitarian activities. I will also provide scholarships to outstanding students who are economically disadvantaged. I will also be holding seminars introducing Steemit more widely around the world. Give awards to great figures in the field of writing. Building relationships with all countries to be able to make the STEEM, SBD, TRX coin a legal and recognized medium of exchange. And many other things I want to do.
🔶Radjasalman: It must be admitted that many communities have run away from their initial goal of building a community. Not a few communities have changed their name to something different to get an active poster. But there are still many communities that stick with their topic, even with a little improvisation. I hope that the community with a certain topic can continue to live. It takes a moderator who is able to manage so that the community can continue to grow even without being involved in the SEC. Unfortunately, greediness has taken many.
🔶Radjasalman: I want you to interview not only the Steemians. If possible, the management or owners of steemit should be interviewed. We are all eager to hear their ideas and opinions first-hand. Hopefully, you can realize this in your next interview,😁 ...
🔶Radjasalman: The place I want to visit the most is Mecca. I've registered to go there since 2015. Hopefully, it will be realized soon. Besides that, I also really want to visit the Netherlands, not because my country was once colonized by them, but because of their highly developed civilization and technology. I also want to visit Venezuela, there are many beautiful and handsome great Steemians there. I also want to visit Nigeria to meet you in person. There are so many more places I want to visit. Travelling the world has been my dream since childhood..
🔶Radjasalman: I really like old songs like the Scorpions sing. Even though it's an old song, it's still cool to hear.
🔶Radjasalman: For the steemit team, thank you for contributing a lot to Steemians around the world. We haven't done much for the progress of steemit when compared to what steemit has provided so far to users. Keep on doing your best for the progress of Steem. We will also continue to support and do our best for all. I am very sure, STEEM will return to its good days..
🔶Radjasalman: Newcomers, take advantage of the support provided through SC09 to strengthen your account. Keep writing every day with plagiarism-free writing. Do regular Power-Ups so that you can survive in the club and can take part in various interesting contests. Continue to interact with others through Upvotes and positive comments on their posts. Hopefully, your first three months will be a golden period for your account growth in the future.
🔶Radjasalman: It's a great program that should be continued. Hopefully, in the future, you can also bring great people outside the platform to feature here.
