In today's edition, I had a productive interaction with @dequeen, a Nigerian nurse who is also a blogger. She is a wife and mother as well. Those are heavy responsibilities, aren't they? But how does she main a balance in all these areas? Let me find out while you read her response.

: Hi Dequeen , it's nice to have you on my Interview Show case today, in few words, how will you describe yourself?

🔶Dequeen: lt gladdens my heart to join your interview show. l would describe myself as someone who is observant, loyal and expressive, l value and cherish life savings, irrespective of what it takes. l love creatives and talented people, communicating with them helps me learn new and different skills on daily basis, reading different book, making new friends and Keeping strong relationship. All these things makes my life enjoyable.Lastly, l am a hard working person, who comfortably share what I have with my family, friends and loved ones.

: How long have you been blogging on steemit?

🔶Dequeen: I have been on steemit platform for 2 year and some months fraction now.l was signed up by a friend on may 2021. Although, l paused for one year and some months, due to unforeseen occurrence that led to the lost of properties, including mobile devices. At a point l got a part time job, which helps me to raise money and got a new device and started blogging again. My thanks goes to some steemians who encouraged me to start up again.

: Will you say blogging on steemit has affected you positively

🔶Dequeen: Honestly, lt does. Blogging on steemit has helped me to be awake, alert and alive at any location l find myself. l takes notes of what is going on any where and everywhere, giving attention to details and possibly take pictures,so as to tell a story in the platform. lt helps me to be creative, think out of box and also carry out prove of brain concept.lt also help me to schedule my time, make research, learned new things and improved on my writing and typing skills.

: What is one thing people doesn't know about you?

🔶Dequeen: This is a deep questions and it is hard to answer, l have expose almost everything about myself, my life styles in different post on the platform but l have never written about my breakdance skill😀.lt is one of those things that keeps my life going. Certainly,l will soon write about it, trust me you will like what you will hear.*

: How have you contributed to Steem growth in your country?

🔶Dequeen: Yes, l have done that in various ways. l posted things about steemit on my different social media pages, especially on Facebook, WhatsApp and Instagram.l have engaged on steemit Road show and have meetings with different tertiary institution staffs to allow their student to join the platform.One on one conversations with interested friends around me. If you come to my house , you would see many drawings and act works I have been doing since I joined stimeet and any body seeing will ask questions and then I explained steemit to them, I also vote on some interesting contents from users that from my country.

: I sense you are a married woman and a nursing mother, how do you combine this with your blogging life?

🔶Dequeen: Not an easy task, trust me. Being a nursing mother,a wife,a blogger and a working class lady is huge task that comes with series phase of responsibilities, all of this requires my time. It's not easy anyway but it can be accomplished somehow. I schedules time so that it will suit with everything, although my baby required much attention.
For example, lf l am on morning duty, l will close by 2 pm returning home, l will attend to baby and engage on house chores, including cooking, laundry, cleaning and then take some rest. When she sleeps, l will start blogging till l slept off and sometimes, l will write on my day off from work. All of this really affect me not to post they way l should and in good time. But all the same, l must maintain my balance in all things.

: In my early days on Steemit, I noticed you were up and doing when it comes to Steem promotion with some certain groups, some people joined Steemit back then, was it for free?

🔶Dequeen: Yes, l was signed up by a friend for free with no charge at all. l also felt that it is my obligation to help others to come and witness the goodness of steemit and also learned about crypto currency hence signing them free without charge. Going out for Steem promotion, helped me to know different people who have not heard anything about Steemit.Some of them are enjoying the platform as we speak. If people collect money to sign users, they must have been greedy people, I never take part in that.

: What would you consider as a good post?

🔶Dequeen: An original creative content that is plagiarism free, with good tag and abide by the rules and regulations of the community.

: What is your real life job?

🔶Dequeen: l am a licensed medical practitioner who provide promotive,preventive, curative and rehabilitative health care service. l have medical experiences for about five years now, Currently, l am working at Queen Esther specialist hospital, Uyo . l love and value my profession. lt helps to know different set of people and also saving their life is my priority.

: Do you have any favourite movie?

🔶Dequeen: To be very honest, l don't have favorite movie.During my teenage years, any time l watch movies, l also feel so emotional about it, as such, l determine not to watch so many movies, thereby gradually losing interest in it. Now, the little time l have is for me to read ,comment, vote,and resteem post of this ecosystem and of course face my real life duties.

: Some of your most recent contents have earned considerably less, even though they are filled with great content. Has this been frustrating? Or are you thankful for anything you receive on Steemit?

🔶Dequeen: l have never for a day feel frustrated, instead,l am always very happy and thankful for everything. My first day on steemit, l was told that vote is not a guarantee and that steemit platform is not a quick rich platform, but a platform that people earns tokens for hard work and that it requires consistency and patience.
l have missed the platform for one year and some month without gaining anything, l was still myself. Coming back to start blogging and earning less don't give me any reason to be frustrated, instead l should remain thankful for their acceptance and think of ways to improve.

: Which user will you like me to interview in my show and why?

🔶Dequeen: lt would be great to see @jaynie in the interview show. I have noticed so many excellent work on her page and I believe she will be excited to share more about herself.

: What do you like doing in your leisure?

🔶Dequeen: I like reading different theocratic books, carry out biblical research which will help me to cultivate different good quality to fix my status as a mother and a good wife. I also like researching for children new recipe, how to prepare it and it's nutritional content. Finally, I like going through different post, reading, commenting, vote with a little weight that l have and also learning new things and document some of them.

: What's your kind of music, can you sing it?.

🔶Dequeen: I can sing a lot of African music but my favorite music is that of Zlatan entitled: Over thinking no dey solve problems.
