Kudos to Afzalqamar for keeping his grandparents' traditions alive. Many people are tilting to modern processed medications these days. Which is not a had thing.

But I wish that we dedicate more time to studying our traditional medicines. Notice what works and incorporate them into modern medicine.

I have a personal theory that every aliment has a healing balm hidden in nature. We just have to maximise the resources that the creator gave to us.
