Grilled tilapia - Flavorful taste

Hello steemit people!!!

Today ,I will share with you the easiest fish to catch and love to cook by most of Filipino people ,this is the well known "tilapia" or they called it "St Peter's fish".

Trivia
Tilapia are mainly freshwater fish inhabiting shallow streams, ponds, rivers, and lakes, and less commonly found living in brackish water.(source:wikepedia)

I bought fresh tilapia for php 120 per kilo. One kilo consist of 5 pieces of tilapia. I decided to grill all the five pieces for our dinner. With sauce of calamansi and red cayenne pepper.

Ingredients:

  1. Tilapia 1kilo
  2. Calamansi 2 to 3pcs
  3. Cayenne pepper (siling labuyo)
  4. Coal (for grilling)

How to prepare:

  1. Clean the fish
  2. Put some salt (depend on your taste)
  3. Burn coal (10pcs small size)
    4 . Put the fish on the grilling table with burning coal
    5.Every 5minutes check the fish to avoid overcooked.
    6.If done cooking both side of the fish, you can now serve it.
