Maundy Thursday -Our Breakfast for today 😋

Hello dear steemians!!!

We are celebrating the holy week now here in the Philippines and today is maundy thursday.

I would like to share with you our breakfast for today, and this is one the best product of Cebu, Philippines. This is our favorite "danggit",I just bought this one in the market worth $1 or php 50 in the Philippine currency . This is quiet expensive but worth the price.

I also prepare 2 sunny side up "eggs"for our breakfast. And this is worth Php 12 pesos in our currency.

These are the ingredients needed:

1. Fish danggit (small plastic 1/4 kl)
2. Egg fresh 2 pcs
3. Cooking oil
4. Salt

Cooking preparation is very simple for this food and fast to cook. So no need for extra time in preparing.

1. First put a cooking oil in the frying pan.

2. Then ,when hot put the egg and cook for 3 minutes. Not scramble one.

1. Put the danggit fish in the frying pan , after the sunny side up egg. Let it fry on a low fire for atleast 5 minutes.

1. Prestow, cooked already as simple as that. Easy to cooked.
