Help with Steemit Wallet - DTube

I can't seem to move or withdraw any of the balances in my Steemit DTube Wallet, there's simply no option (menu arrow).
This is different than my standard Steemit Wallet, which is fine and I can move balances.
This is very frustrating. I've had an account since 2017 and would like to be able to utilize my earned rewards.

I emailed customer support but haven't got a confirmation that it's been received.

    Are you sure you are signed in with your wallet? Used the active or masterkey?
    If so perhaps you see more options if you use a different browser.
    If you use a phone it can help to switch to desktop version.
