Sin duda otros Icono de aquellos tiempos Hot wheels era de Mattel y Matchbox siempre fueron grandes competidores, en linea de diseño e inmovaciones. Hasta 1997 cuando Mattel compro tyco toys el que era propietario de Matchbox.
