Hello dear Steemians around the world, we are in the third week of the Steemit Engagement Challenge, this time with a totally different theme, in which we are very sure you will be even more encouraged to participate.

What should they do in this contest?

We have made a list of 10 ingredients that we are almost sure are easy to get anywhere in the world, many of them consumed almost daily, the idea of this challenge is that you choose 1 ingredient from this list and transform it into something that is useful to you (a recipe, a personal care product, a product for home care, a product for the garden, even a craft).

You need to choose 1 of these ingredients to be the protagonist of your challenge, remember, only 1.

  • Eggs.
  • Rice.
  • Coffee.
  • Chocolate.
  • Lemons.
  • Cinnamon.
  • Milk.
  • Chamomile.
  • Oatmeal.
  • Beans.

Some examples that we can offer you as a guide for you to carry out the challenge:

Coffee leftovers are an excellent exfoliant, eggshells after a short process can serve as fertilizer, rice water is an excellent facial tonic, chocolate is a fantastic baking ingredient, the infusion of chamomile and warm milk helps to fall asleep ... and so many more examples.

Rules to follow:

  • Post in our Colombia-Original community. Participation time is between Monday, October 24, 2022 at 00:00 UTC and Sunday, October 30, 2022 at 23:59 UTC.
  • The post must be #steemexclusive.
  • Participants may not use any automatic voting service.
  • The post can be in any language.
  • The post must be more than 300 words.
  • Images used must be the author's own or copyright free.
  • Plagiarism is prohibited.
  • The user must belong to a club (club5050, club75, club100).
  • Use the title of the post "Steemit Engagement Challenge Season5 Week3 : My Star Ingredient is: (name of ingredient) ".
  • Use the hashtag #colombiaoriginal-s5w3 #country (your country)
  • Leave the link to your post in the comments of the contest (IMPORTANT).
  • INVITE TWO FRIENDS TO PARTICIPATE TOO!!!!
  • And don't forget to actively comment on other pledge participants in all participating communities.

Important Steemit Engagement Challenge Rules.

  • Each user can participate in only one Challenge contest daily and it must be posted before 23:59 (UTC time). ) of the day (you may not join 2 contests per day.)
  • Posts must get at least 10 upvotes and 5 valid comments from other users, no bots will be tolerated to improve upvotes and comments. (Comments such as "excellent", "good", "nice", "nice", etc. Simple words are not eligible)

¿Qué deben hacer en este concurso?

Hemos realizado una lista con 10 ingredientes que estamos casi seguros de que son fáciles de conseguir en cualquier parte del mundo, muchos de ellos consumidos casi a diario, la idea de este reto es que elijan 1 ingrediente de esta lista y lo transformen en algo que les sea de utilidad (una receta, un producto de cuidado personal, un producto para el aseo del hogar, un producto para el jardín, hasta una manualidad).

Debes elegir 1 de estos ingredientes para ser el protagonista de tu reto, recuerda, solo 1.

  • Huevos.
  • Arroz.
  • Café.
  • Chocolate.
  • Limones.
  • Canela.
  • Leche.
  • Manzanilla.
  • Avena.
  • Frijoles.

Algunos ejemplos que podemos ofrecerte como guía para que realices el reto:

Las sobras de café son un excelente exfoliante, las cascaras de huevo luego de un proceso breve pueden servir de abono, el agua de arroz es un excelente tónico facial, el chocolate es un ingrediente fantástico de repostería, la infusión de manzanilla y leche tibia ayuda a conciliar el sueño... y así muchos ejemplos más.

  • Publicar en nuestra comunidad Colombia-Original. El horario de participación es entre el lunes 24 de Octubre de 2022 a las 00:00 UTC y el domingo 30 de Octubre de 2022 a las 23:59 UTC.
  • La publicación debe ser #steemexclusive.
  • Los participantes no pueden utilizar ningún servicio de voto automático.
  • La publicación puede ser en cualquier idioma.
  • La publicación debe tener mas de 300 palabras.
  • Las imágenes utilizadas deben ser propias del autor o libres de derecho de autor.

    Hello, I tried to be creative as much as possible, my star ingredient was rice, I cooked a stuffed peppers in the moroccan way (tajine + original spices and argan oil), the result is delicious and fabulous
