I like how your post is structured, its quite clear and concise.
As much as death penalties are enforceable in different countries. I dont believe it to be very effective in preventing reoccurrence of similar crimes to which its punishable for.

Day after day, even with the knowledge of the law and consequences of actions, these same cases repeat. I believe more in targeting the root case of such act, "lack of education, poverty etc" as a more efficient approach.
