Today I v'e done powerup to improve my SP. When I checked my wallet I see 374.962 steems in my steem balance, and 38,070.629 sp before do the powerup; after the powerup, it had reached to 38445.602 sp; I am quite pleased. I am poweruping about thousand SPs every week. My POWER was around 37K SP last week and is now over 38 K. As soon as possible I can become an 8x dolphin and my target is to reach orca status within the next month.
The price of steem and SBD has dropped in the last couple of days. Now is the right time to convert our SBDs to Steem. Now if you convert you can get around 15 to 20 STEEMS per sbt. And there is a possibility that SBD price will go up in 2 days then we can get SBDs as reward again.
As we power up often we make ourselves stronger and help all our friends and our community members. Similarly, when we help someone on steemit, he also helps us, thereby mutual growth occurs

Wow you had gave me a idea about converting the SBD into steems last week I had converted 2 SBD a d get only 26 steems. Now I will check how much I will get for 2 SBD. You had done a powerup of more then 374 steems to your account. And reached 38k steems in your account. You will definitely achieve the 8x dolphin and orca as soon as possible.
