Let hard work, not dreams, be the path to success.

How are you all my friends? A few days ago, I suddenly asked myself a question? Do I really want to be successful man? or do I just love to imagine being successful? The question was quite simple for me, but the answer felt a little uncomfortable on its own.

To be honest, many of us dream of success. I think that one day people will recognize us, respect us, and our families will be proud. These thoughts are not bad. We like them. But the problem is, we get stuck in that place of pleasure. We cannot reach the place of work.

I myself am not outside of this. How many times have I thought that I will change from tomorrow? I will work regularly from tomorrow. I will not waste time from tomorrow. But that day never comes. At one point, I realized that I was actually dreaming, but I am not willing to pay the price for it.

It is easy to want success in a small life. But it is difficult to maintain the same routine every day for success. When you want to sleep, it is difficult to get up and work. When no one is looking, it is difficult to fulfill your responsibilities properly. And this difficult place is where the real difference is made.

Many times, the people we see as successful from the outside are nothing special. The only difference is—they didn't stop. Maybe they were tired too, maybe they were heartbroken too. But they told themselves one thing: try a little harder.

So friends, I understand now, just dreaming isn't enough. You have to give your dreams a little trouble. You have to give them time. You have to get out of your comfort zone. Working hard day and night sounds big, but in reality, it means very simply, whatever you have to do today, do it today. Don't skip anything.

Maybe I'm still far away. But I've learned one thing: success doesn't come suddenly. It accumulates gradually. Just like pouring water on sand, nothing happens immediately, but if you pour it repeatedly, it leaves a mark. Hard work is the same.

So now I don't just dream. I try. Even if it's small. Because in the end, success goes to those who don't just think, they also act.
