Respect makes people human.

How are all my friends? I hope that despite the busyness of life, your mind is at least a little calm. I always wish that both your body and mind are well. Today I want to share with you a feeling that I myself am learning, understanding, and trying to apply in my own life, little by little.

The world around us is extraordinary. Here, we often judge people by their clothes, profession, or position. Yet we forget that all people have the same feelings, suffering, dreams, and desire for respect. Be it a rickshaw puller or your office boss, both are human. Both start their days with worries, and both have someone waiting for them at home.

I have noticed that sometimes when we talk to those we consider "smaller, our language changes. Our voice becomes harsh, and we do not make eye contact. But think about it, the person you are neglecting today may be working hard all day in the sun and rain just trying to bring a smile to the faces of his family. Is his struggle less important?

Respect actually does not come from a title; it comes from the perspective of seeing people as people. We naturally respect the boss in the office, because he has power. But if you respect a rickshaw puller, there is no interest there. There is only humanity. And that human respect makes a person great from the inside.

I believe that those who can respect everyone are very strong people inside. Because it is not easy to break pride. Speaking lowly is not a sign of weakness, but a sign of confidence. When you talk to a common man with a smile, you not only respect him, but also improve your own character.

In life, we have all been like a rickshaw puller at some stage or another, or will be like him. Today you are the boss, tomorrow you may be an employee. Positions change, but people do not change. So I think, if we develop the habit of giving respect today, then life will be much easier, much more beautiful.

Friends, I just want to say this: evaluate people not by their profession, but by their humanity. A little good behaviour, a little respect, we do not lose anything by giving these. Rather, we become richer inside. If this small thought touches someone's heart today, then my writing is worthwhile.
