[esp-eng] pintando en acrílico - painting with acrylics

Este es uno de mis clientes favoritos, siempre me pone feliz y anciosa al mismo tiempo cada vez que me pide una pintura. le gustan los cuadros grandes, ( bueno, son grandes para mi que siempre pinto con acuarelas en medidad menores a 30 cm)
este cuadro es de 50x70cm tal vez no tan grande, pero sin duda para mi un reto

This is one of my favorite clients; he always makes me happy and anxious at the same time every time he orders a painting. He likes large canvases (well, they're large for me, since I always paint with watercolors in sizes smaller than 30 cm). This painting is 50x70 cm, perhaps not that big, but definitely a challenge for me.

Tal vez no se ve muy bien, pero este es el boceto, la intención era pintar un primate conduciendo, pues el apodo de mi cliente está relacionado en estos animales y su trabajo está relacionado con la conducción

It might not be very clear, but this is the sketch. The intention was to paint a primate driving, since my client's nickname is related to these animals and his work is related to driving.

Luego empecé a pintar con pintura acrílica, empecé con el fondo, era lo más simple, eso pensé, sin embargo me llevó un par de horas

Then I started painting with acrylic paint, I started with the background, it was the simplest thing, I thought, however it took me a couple of hours

Después pinté el rostro de forma muy general sin ir a los detalles porque sabía que al pintar el pelaje, después el mismo mono me pediría más y más detalles en su cara

Then I painted the face in a very general way without going into details because I knew that when I painted the fur, the monkey itself would then ask me for more and more details on its face.

Terminé el cuadro y tengo ahora a mi cliente de nuevo feliz, algo me dice que pronto lo volveré a ver con otra solicitud de otro cuadro

I finished the painting and now my client is happy again; something tells me I'll soon see him again with another painting request.
