I prefer Arabic food over Chinese food, and here's why:

Arabic food is also diverse and rich in colors with very many meals that represent the history of that region. Special Arabic foods, and special Arabic seasonings like cumin, coriander, cardamom and sumac, which give right combination between the sweet, sour, salty, and spicy tastes. In Arabic cuisine, there are also many options that can be attributed to different categories and which can make people glad to try it: Falafel, Hummus, Tabbouleh, Shawarma, Mujaddara, Makloubeh, Stuffed Vine Leaves, etc.

Further, Arabic food also delivers course, concise food, which has a keen concentrate on organic produce. It is a concept very similar to the mezze, which suggest a number of small items which are shared among the diners. The aspect of sharing food is very dear to the Arabic community and this aspect I seem to cherish most.

In addition, the side dish that you find with most Arabic dishes like Pita or Khubz is also a must-bake. It is not a mere utensil for serving itself in so many different dips and spreads but also as a soft and soothing side- dish.

While Chinese cuisine is generally the most delicious and generally has a great variety of foods, I don’t find it stirs my heartstrings, as is my experience with Arabic foods. It was easy to make a meal and the flavors in Chinese food are more forceful and many-petaled and have their base components which are difficult to harmonize especially for me. Also, properly stir-frying or deep-frying while tasty contradicts the fresh and healthy image so characteristic of Arabic cuisine more to my taste.

With this in mind, I love to taste various cuisine that is new to me and I like the delicious distinguish taste of most Chinese dishes. Nonetheless, if one wants to point to the specific regarding which cuisine I have a favored predilection, it has to be Arabic.
