What is teamwork.
It can be defined as a condition that involves relating and involving all members focusing them on a specific mission or vision, which in turn, will achieve the objectives or the proposed goal once the team is formed.
An optimal group work does not create independent works or achievements, nor competitive environments, protagonism or internal rivalries; rather it ensures a general achievement as a team, a personal growth of all members and a guild environment such that everyone feels like a family, gigantic bonds are created and it is quite feasible that good friendships arise.
Having an optimal multidisciplinary team is essential to achieve high performance in any plan.
Whether in a business, sports or daily environment, remember that leaning on others and simultaneously giving them the best of you, is the key to easily achieve everything you set out to do.
Why it's Important.
It can be interpreted as the function of entrusting several of my activities and occupations to my compadre, since I know that he is profound in that aspect; and in parallel, he and the rest of the team entrust me with several of their occupations for me to do.
Its significance lies in :
The most relevant effect of a team is in the elaboration of achieving more things together than in a personal way.
It gives empowerment to all members, eliminating the obstacles that have the possibility of preventing them from doing their jobs properly.
Promotes more flexible work constructions with less hierarchy.
Promotes multidisciplinary work, especially where there are organizational divisions.
What benefits does it bring us in general.
Each of the gigantic works that have been carried out by mankind since the beginning of our culture were created by a group of individuals who joined their efforts to make them a reality.
As a species, we show our true capacity of construction once we join the abilities of several of us, and it is for that reason that group work is fully important to build a better future for all.
That is to say, developing a task or a project among several is much more than the contribution that each one of us can make. The results are much more positive and the advantages and benefits, especially for the organization, are innumerable.
So that the results of the organization are positive. In addition, positive group work also affects the peace and positivity of employees.
Some of the benefits are:
Stimulates creativity.
Increases motivation.
Decreases stress levels.
Allows to identify strengths and weaknesses.
Thinking of others as ourselves is synonymous with empathy and humanity, we cannot find a better definition than this. A true leader is capable of risking the last for his team, and that is what allows a connection of total trust to be established between all members, in addition to allowing them an additional sense of belonging.
