Hello Assalamualaikum @everyone, greetings to all from @theindicators.
How are you feeling today I hope all are fine and I'm also good 👍
Today I want to share a such feeling's about frequently happened occur.
Growth does not always make noise. Most of the time it happens in silence, in small moments that nobody claps for and nobody even notices. We usually imagine growth as something big — like winning an award, getting a new job, or achieving a huge goal. But in reality, real growth is much simpler and much quieter. It lives inside our daily habits, our thoughts, and the way we react to situations. These small changes slowly shape the person we become.
I realized this in my own life a few years ago. I used to think progress meant fast results. If I didn’t see improvement quickly, I would feel disappointed and sometimes even give up. For example, when I started waking up early to improve my routine, the first two weeks felt useless. Nothing seemed different. I was still tired, still lazy, still confused about my direction. But after a month, I noticed something unexpected — my mornings felt calmer, I had more time to think, and my stress reduced. No one congratulated me for waking up early, but inside, I knew I had changed a little. That was quiet growth.
Many people expect growth to be loud and visible. Social media also gives this illusion. We only see the final success, not the silent struggles behind it. Real growth takes time. It happens when we keep trying even when no one is watching. It happens when progress feels slow and boring, but we continue anyway. Consistency is not exciting, but it is powerful. Even a small effort repeated daily becomes something meaningful over time.
Quiet growth teaches patience and strength. It builds discipline without us even realizing it. For instance, learning a new skill — like improving English or reading daily — doesn’t show instant results. But after months, your confidence changes. You speak more clearly, you think faster, and your mindset becomes stronger. These are not dramatic changes, but they are deep ones. They stay with you.
Growth also comes from mistakes. Some of my biggest lessons did not come from success but from failure. There was a time I trusted the wrong people in a small project and lost both time and energy. At that moment it felt like a setback, but later I understood I had learned how to judge situations better. Difficult moments push us to reflect and improve. They make us wiser if we are willing to learn instead of complain.
In the end, growth is not a race. It is more like planting a seed. You water it daily, you protect it, and for a long time nothing appears on the surface. But under the soil, roots are forming. One day, it finally grows into a plant. Trust the process, stay consistent, and allow yourself the time needed to become better little by little. Quiet growth may not be visible every day, but it is always working in the background, shaping a stronger and better version of you.
