May God Give Peace to Everyone Who Cannot Tell Anyone About Their Pain
Sometimes the heaviest battles in life are the ones no one else can see.
There are people walking around us every day who smile, talk normally, and continue their routine… but inside they are carrying storms. Not every pain is spoken. Not every struggle can be explained.
Some people simply remain silent.
I have personally noticed something in life. Many people do not hide their problems because they want to… they hide them because they feel there is no one who will truly understand. Sometimes when a person tries to explain their feelings, they are judged, ignored, or misunderstood. After a few such experiences, they learn to stay quiet.
And silence becomes their shield.
In our society, especially in places like Pakistan, people are often expected to be strong all the time. A man is told not to cry. A woman is told to adjust and stay patient. Everyone is advised to “stay strong” but very few people are actually asked, “Are you really okay?”
This is why many hearts remain unheard.
There are people who pray late at night, not asking for wealth or success, but simply asking for peace in their hearts. Sometimes the only place where they feel understood is between them and Allah.
Maybe you have met such people.
Or maybe… you are one of them.
Life becomes easier when we learn to be kind to others. A small message, a kind word, or even listening quietly can sometimes heal wounds that medicines cannot.
We never truly know what someone is going through.
So today I just want to make a small prayer:
May God give peace to every heart that is silently fighting its own battles.
May those who cannot explain their pain find comfort.
And may Allah send ease into the lives of those who carry their struggles alone.
Sometimes silence is not weakness.
Sometimes silence is a person protecting their broken heart.
