Yes, companies, especially large corporations, tend to replace their expensive employees with AI systems... I think that's not only antisocial, but also short-sighted. AI makes mistakes. Sometimes serious mistakes that no organisation can afford. When it comes to liability issues, AI is not a good scapegoat... It also requires a significant amount of electricity, which first has to be generated (ecologically). One last thing: if no one pays income tax anymore because everyone is unemployed, it will surely occur to states/governments that AI and robots also provide taxable services. And then the monetary advantage for entrepreneurs would be a thing of the past...
