Hello my dear friends, today I have a very dear uncle who was sick in the hospital and was suffering from heart disease. I went to check his health. Due to the corona virus, there is an emergency in all hospitals in Lahore. There was a lot of hardship in the hospitals. I will also tell you how I got to the hospital. First of all, I will show you the first picture of the ICU.

Now let me tell you how I got to the hospital. My house is in Lahore Kahna Naw. I went out at night to go to my uncle. There was not much rush on the roads. I drove slowly in the bricks. I reached Gulab Devi Hospital.

The main gate of Gulab Devi Hospital was very strict. Everyone was allowed to enter by checking the temperature due to corona. A man had to go inside to ask a patient. I decided to park the motorcycle. I got up and reached the emergency gate of the hospital. There was a security guard there too. They were not allowed to stay there. Many patients were coming to the emergency room. The condition of many patients was critical. Most of the patients in Gulab Devi Hospital Lahore had heart attack. Gulab Devi Hospital came into existence before it became Pakistan and India. It is run with the help of philanthropists. Many patients get free treatment in this hospital and some patients have to pay half fee. Let me show you some pictures of the hospital

The doctors in the hospital were on high alert. In the ICU, the doctors were always on top of the patients. With great difficulty, I was allowed to go to the patient. As you can see in the picture above, I took oxygen from the patient. He could not speak. He explained to me with a hand gesture. He stayed with the patient for a while. The time of Sehri was also near. I took out the motorcycle from there and reached home in a few minutes. I hurriedly ate breakfast and offered Fajr prayers. After Fajr prayers, I fell asleep. People of Lahore, you work all night and sleep during the day. My eyes are open at one o'clock in the afternoon.
My duty time starts at two o'clock. I got up at one o'clock, took a shower, changed my clothes and got off my motorcycle. I went to duty. First I had to get some chicken.

Today the rate of chicken was increased. I take ten kilos of chicken daily and make two pots of biryani. I prepare the chicken according to my own will. No big or small herbs are left. I took the chicken from them. I took the chicken and went to my duty. I had to go there and start my work. I started my work. First I cut the onion.

The next thing I do is put the tomatoes and garlic in it and put them in the pot too. When I fry this spice well, I put the chicken in it. I tell the chicken well. Then I add water according to the amount of rice in it. Pouring water is the biggest skill. If more water is added then the rice becomes spoiled. The rice is first measured from a pot and then double the amount of rice. When such water is poured and the water boils well, then I put rice in it. After adding rice, it turns upside down. The pot is quickly removed.

When I steam the rice, I have to put weight on it so that the steam does not come out. The steam causes the rice to swell. If steam comes out, the rice does not turn out well. The rice has blossomed well. Has the rice grown taller and then I take the pot down? Now the next thing is to distribute the rice. We share it all the time. After Ramadan, our menu changes.
