Introduction
This is the third week for this contest and we have always believed that things will be better soon. Last week contest was impressive as the comment entries were organized and standard, there was just a tiny engagement as we received 4 active participants so we go again this week as we are expecting more.
We have noticed that the engagement rate in this platform is very poor and is important to increase the engagement rate in this platform that's why we decided to begin a comment contest in this new community to see if it can increase the rate of engagement in this platform. Never stop commenting!

As we all know is all about commenting and making the conversation more lively and interesting. So this is what you have to do every week. Create a comment related to the phrase I will bring in a week and then upload one picture or video related to it. People spend time online for different reasons. You see people spending time on the social media for hours and have no time for other things like self-development. All they do online is watch films, read gossip and look at pictures.
And you will wonder, are there no meaningful things online that people can be engaged in? Oh yes, there are meaningful things and good reasons to spend time online for.
I steemit, I stay online for this matter. Whenever I'm online, my family knows I am steeming it. I tell young people I see spending time online doing nothing to join steemit and be earning and investing like I do.

However, the list of advantages and disadvantages of online use is also quite long. Because here our personal information is stolen by breaking through our security, we have to face a lot of losses. Indeed, life has been made easy because of having to make use of digital skills. I have made many online transactions, from selling to even making and receiving orders. It's true that despite the fact that online platforms has been of help, it also have a negative effects on people especially the young people.
Steemit is one of those online platform that has been of great help to so many.

Perhaps it is good to mention who the witness is or witnesses are? I have a very bad experience after clicking a link to vote for one. The result was that my account was hacked and I lost everything and not one account but more than one and that was a huge waste of my time. I thought to do something good in between commenting and paying prizes so it was quick quick why not give the witness a chance.
If you spend a lot of time on Steemit you are not always that alert and believe everyone can be trusted. The opposite is true. So no way I click links unless I did some investigating besides I believe it's safer to use the option given by Steemit and scroll through the list with witnesses after you check the whitelists and know who does what.
It's great to have a vote but it shouldn't just be we click because the witness belongs to a certain community. It feels to me this is the case the way it's written here. Is it? Is some witness the motor of this community and spending time with your guys or is there a new witness on Steemit? Now I mention guys, are you all Arican and are there girls too or is this a men-only community?
I'm also curious who ecoer is, is it the witness?

Greetings friend, I appreciate your comment about a matter like this, everyone is curious but not everyone ask questions and my answer to your questions will make things also easier for others with the same questions.
Sorry for your bad experience in clicking a link to vote for and you lost your accounts in the process, that's a huge mishap and I believe it really taught you a lesson which has made it more careful.
It will be better if you go to your wallet and check the vote a witness option, to vote any witness of your choice in other to avoid the mistake you made earlier but remember our links aren't fishy, a new community that aspires to grow won't do such a thing because it will definitely be noticed by watchers in this platform.
Now you talked about gender of our team, we ar currently working towards something which is getting three females in the team as time goes by. We wanted to appoint a particular female but she got inactive all of a sudden, a male requested to join us but we told him windows for male moderators here is already closed.
If you have any suggestions on this I will be happy to know and get at least two females who will be ready to work with us even though we haven't grown much.
This particular witness seems to be part of ecosynthesizer curation trail, we are surprised with the upvote. The issue of a witness being a motor of this community isn't really the fact my friend. Our admin is a witness, this is why you are seeing something like this and if you notice some communities like CCS Community, the founder seems to be a witness and similar thing is being done there.
