The Diary Game: Attending The Funeral Service Of The Oldest Woman In My Village And Work (27/12/2025)
Yesterday, my people in the village invited me to come and play as a guest and also witness the funeral service of the most oldest woman in our village. Is was aged 156 years. That's awesome considering the average lifespan of human beings in the present day reality. I once had the opportunity to meet her while she was alive few years ago and I would say it was such a blessing. Though I went late because of my engagements, when I got there, the coffin was already lying in state.
After the preaching, the ministration of songs by the different choirs that came to the service. I joined the band members and also I was the technical officer for the day. When the preacher announced that the coffin will be taken to her final place of rest, I followed and then it was delayed a little because the grave diggers were still digging the woman's grave and as soon as they were done, she was laid to rest.
After she was laid to rest, I came back to the band place and then we played our final songs for the day before I told the band members that I would need to go because I wanted to go meet a customer that wanted to do transactions. They asked me to just do a little mixing before leaving.
When I finished, I took my guitar I brought from the house and then went back home. I was tired and my eyes were weak but first, I decided to touch my shop and then when I got there, I met the customer because I had called him and he told me he was around.

With my guitar, going back home
Other customers that saw me opened on Saturday evening came and asked me to just do some transactions for them while some came to fill their gas, so that was how I literally spent the whole of my day outside, juggling from playing in an event to attending to customers in my shop.
When I finished, I took my bag and guitar and left the shop. On my way, I saw sugarcane so I called my the seller, as he approached me and was about selling, I took a picture of the wheelbarrow. Then I bought two pieces and came back home.
The house has been so lonely without my daughter and I am starting to miss her. I called her and asked her how she is fairing in the village and by all indication, she is having the time of her life in the village. After the call, I ate my dinner before I shared my Friday diary then I went to bed.
