The Diary Game: A Busy Day Out—My Brother's Birthday Shopping, Reading And Helping Mom Return A Package(7:03:2026)

Hey'lo Pookies, I am Happiness Effiong with @inemghurrl as my steemit username. Today, I was out on the streets of Ekom Iman with my brother to shop for his birthday outfit. My brother has vowed to cut his coat oversize this year and he is really keeping to it, he has made plans for his mini birthday party and the cost is over a hundred and fifty thousand. I'm really happy for him because he's been putting in efforts not waiting for our parents to fund his plans.

There was no way I would go that kind of trekking for free, I demanded he also get something for me so I will always use it to remember his 20th birthday and he asked that I inform him whenever I see something that I like so he will get it for me so when we walked past a spot where designer Pams were sold, I asked him to get one for me. We also stoped by at sn Hausa quarter to buy watermelon, this fruit is loved by everyone in my home and we don't go s day without eating.

When we got home, I was hungry but had to first take my bath. I could endure the hunger for some minutes but I couldn't stand another minute without taking my bath because of how hot it was. When I came out of the bath, my brother had dished a meal for the both of us so we ate and he went out to watch the pupils who were doing their inter house sport in a primary school close by while I on the day hand, decided to rest so I'll be calm to read when I wake up.

I couldn't sleep because the room was too hot, I picked my textbook and began to read. After an hour, I took a break to resume twenty minutes later but I received a call from mom asking me to come to the shop immediately so I got up and left to the shop, thankfully, I was fully dressed before receiving the call. When I got to the shop, my mom showed me a parcel she received which wasn't what she ordered for so she asked me to return it as she had filled a form for return. I left with it to the address she gave me and returned to the shop to give her feedback. I stayed in the shop with my mom till she closed and we both went home together, we made dinner when we got home and after eating, I came here to write about my day. Thanks Pookies, byyyyeeee.
