THE DIARY GAME|17/12/2025|Campus Struggles, Carol Service and Dumping Refuse

Hello, my wonderful Steemians. How's the festive season going? Trust you all are enjoying every moment. I'll be sharing with you how my own day unfolded. Don't scroll away; I assure you, you'll enjoy the read.

I started my day very early to meet up with my first lecture for the day. I arrived at the school tricycle stop, where we normally board into the main school premises, before the time of the lecture. Unfortunately, there was a serious Keke scarcity; everyone had to struggle to catch one at a time. I solely didn't plan for this, but I finally dropped my soft and calm girl-life vibe 😅, and I struggled to join one too. I made it to the lectures, but it had already started some minutes past. After the lectures, I and my course mates took some random pictures to share some laughs and moments together and ease the stress from the lecture.

Immediately after I was done in school, I headed straight home to quickly prepare for my church carol service. I had a solo part to render during our ministration, and I wasn't expected to arrive late. So I reached the church to meet up with other members, and then one of our elders rode us in his car to the venue. It was a very beautiful moment to remind us that Christmas is near. My choir ministered; other church arms did too, like the Children's department, and the All-Girls arm in our church rendered the Silent Night Christmas song, and they all sang with candles to demonstrate the song lyrics beautifully too. After the service we were given snacks and soft drinks as refreshments. We departed to our different homes as the evening was setting in slowly.

When I got back home, I rested a bit by fiddling with my phone and watching some videos from the carol service online. Afterwards I took out time to go dump some refuse at the dump site before I settled in finally. I had my dinner, and I read some pages of my notes because we were likely to have an impromptu test the next day. I was done, and I rested my body from the day's activities.

It was a day of struggle, learning, joy, and celebration, and I'm thankful I was not hurt or injured, and I'm happy I delivered my solo piece excellently. To God be the glory for such a fantastic day.
