The Diary Game: A Simple Day Well Spent—From Rearranging My Room To Updating My Steemit Family(03-03-2026)

Hello y'all, trust you're doing great? Welcome to a diary session with @purpleidy23. Today, I didn't do much but I'll gladly share the few activities I was able to carry out today. Firstly, when I woke up, I thanked God for a new day and it's blessings. I did a little clean up and rearrangements in my room, that made me take out some of my household items to the entrance of my house, finished my clean up before taking them back inside and rearranged them to my taste.

When I finished with the arrangements, I brushed my mouth and took my bath before making a list for the food I'll prepare and after I was done with my list, I got dressed and went to the market to buy the items I had listed. I guess I went too early that's why I met few vendors in the market, the main items like meat, fish and few others were not available yet so I had to go for the ones that were available, hopefully the other vendors might arrive before I leave the market. The soup I planned cooking today was Editan so I went to my main vendor and bought it from her but when I arrived her stall, she was slicing Afang leaf. She offered me a bench to sit and wait while she finishes the handful of Afang leaf she was slicing so she could begin mine.

I sat there for more than fifteen minutes before I decided to buy other items since some vendors had arrived and had opened their business. I went back to get the Editan leaf after I had bought the rest of the items on my list, paid and returned home. At home, I and my roommate agreed to do division of labour. Two before task were before us; cooking and washing. My roommate picked washing and I went for the former, they had a bet on who will finish first and I won. My roommate has always trolled me of not having sense of urgency when it comes to preparing meal and I surprised her today.

I dished and served the meal after preparing it, ate and took my bath again. I gave my phone out for charge since our light has been disconnected and we have no hope of when it will be reconnected yet. I got home and decided to have my nap before waking up to read. I read for two hours when I woke up before taking a walk to the field, the goal wasn't to watch match today but for the fresh air that serenes that environment. I got to the field and fortunately, there was no ongsing game at the field, I took a sit in the field and enjoyed the fresh air within.

Soon, players came out in their numbers and I had to leave the field back home. While heading home, I got my minifan which I had also given for charge alongside my phone and returned home. I packed the clothes my roommate had sun dryyed into the house, arranged them in our boxes before having my dinner. I sat outside with my roommate when she returned from school, gisting about how her exams went and some other girly talks. By 10pm, I had to take a break from our discussion to update my Steemit family about my day and when I'm done, I'll take my bath and retire to bed.
