RE: Share your TUNES and WIN the post earnings! - TRACK OF THE WEEK! (ROUND 9) - (Last weeks winner @krazzytrukker WON 13.695 STEEM)

in ART LOVERS4 years ago

Wild Dances by Ruslana

I'd like to ask for some clarifications:

The title says "Share your TUNES and WIN the post earnings! - TRACK OF THE WEEK! "

-> TUNES (something not necessarily with words, as far as I undersand)
-> TRACK

while the "HOW TO ENTER" section states
" to a song that you are really enjoying at the moment"

-> song (something with words)

So the question is

  1. Should it be
    a) a tune with a person who sing a song
    or
    b) it's enough if it's just a tune/melody without anybody singing?

  2. If it's just about songs, then should it be something
    a) in English only
    or
    b) in any language

Maybe here's some answer!

I have an incredibly eclectic taste in music

You have shared a great one, full of energy show!!
Best vibes, @Alexbiojs!! :)

"I have an incredibly eclectic taste in music"
yeah, I suppose you're right, and any kind of music is acceptable.
thanks, same to you )

Yes!! It's also from all over the world!!
I've found great music here!! :)
A big hug, and nice to meet you!

This song brings back so many memories! :D

It was my first time ever watching Eurovision and it's still one of my favorite Eurovision songs. I am from Serbia and even though we took second place that year, nobody here was mad Ruslana taking the first place.

Thanks for sharing this one! :)

"It was my first time ever watching Eurovision and it's still one of my favorite Eurovision songs"

that's true in my case as well. Ruslana's show was great.

"..nobody here was mad Ruslana taking the first place."
yeah, As far as I can see, at that time (2004) Eurovision was -> a talent contest
and Ruslana (Ukraine) won it with the help of her talent.
However, 12 years later (or earlier, with the introduction of professional jury voting in 2009) when Ukraine won again ("1944" by Jamala),
I believe the contest turned into -> a political contest
Hence, I stooped paying much attention to the Eurovision,
but I'm glad I have some good memories as well )

Yes, it turned into a political contest. I still watch the performances just to see if I can find some cool songs to listen to but I think that songs were so much better before. :)
