Wow, it's unbelievable how so many parents aren't seeing to it that their kids have lights on their bikes! What could be their reason for not getting lights on their kids' bikes? The lights can't be that expensive.

It's a great idea to go with the graffiti stencils, and the kids have fun doing it while also likely getting the message as well as they're doing it. I hope it has an effect on those reluctant parents!
